Full Body Session: In this session we cover all major muscle groups  to ensure optimal fat burning and toning in one 45 minute session.

Boxing: This session is a hard as you are willing to push yourself so anyone from beginner to advance can benefit from this session.

Tabata: 30 minutes of high intensity body weight exercise. There is minimal rest and lots of sweat.

Circuit: Between 6-8 different stations using upper body and lower body compound movements.
