I am a Queensland girl, born and raised. I love the beach, running in the rain, watching my children enjoy a massive belly laugh and spending time with loved ones.
I have had a passion for health and fitness which started way back in school where I competed at state levels for track, my passion being 800m and 1500m events.
I always new I wanted to be in the fitness industry and once completing school went on the study my Masters in Fitness and became a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years now, and I truly love what I do.
I have always had a passion for Women’s Fitness and have made this my primary focus for the majority of my career as a trainer.
I am passionate about educating and supporting women to live a healthy lifestyle with balance.
Our nutritional plans are not diet based, we help educate you to nourish your body, setting you up for life.
Real food + real people is the vibe in our community! Everything in moderation is my motto!
