Let me share a little about me.

​

My name is Dani Taylor.

​

I am a Gold Coast Fitness Expert, Master Trainer, Pre-post-natal fitness coach, Athlete, Obstacle Racer and Running Coach.

​

My passions include my children, my pets, actively learning more about all things health & wellness, cooking/baking, running, trail running, obstacle racing, ninja training, hybrid training, the beach, drinking coffee and sitting around a camp fire sharing memories. 

​

I am all about helping people achieve their goals to become and maintain the best versions of themselves, no matter their starting point.  

​

Physical fitness boasts mental health, happiness, self-worth and overall well-being. To see people, turn their lives around or achieve a goal in their fitness journey brings me much satisfaction.

​

With over 15 years of industry experience I have seen many training and nutrition trends come and go. Drawing on my own personal experience as a trainer and athlete, I have developed training programs that work and can be used by and/or modified for most people. 

​

I am very focused on achieving my own personal fitness goals. There is no finish line.

It is my hope that with my support, that my passion, guidance, knowledge and fierce determination can motivate you to also achieve yours. We are always a work in progress.. so why not aspire to be your own greatest works.

  • Altitude Chamber Coach

  • Nutrition and Dietetics for Personal Trainers

  • First Aid

  • CPR

  • Blue Card

  • Currently studying Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine
